4.3.1. Heart rate measurements in the main group (beats per minute)

Heart beat is subject to control by both sympathetic and parasympathetic. The development of heart rate is closely related to the parameters for improving heart rate variability. Two different types of reaction can be distinguished regarding the change in heart rate during sustained exercise. Therefore, it would be ideal for the heart rate in both types of reactions to approach the normal heart rate of 80 beats per minute. Also, it should be borne in mind that children and young people, who are included in this research, with excellent health status can normally have an increased number of heartbeats.
