It is preferable to use QHR BIOTHERAPEUT PLATES in a set of 4 pieces, but certainly only one can be used. They have an extremely beneficial effect. The effect is immediate and all kinds of diseases can be treated.
Healthy people older than five years, preventively - three days in a row for twenty minutes; a break of seven days; the series can be repeated as desired. Sick persons older than five years - five days in a row for twenty minutes; a break of five days; repeat the series until healing. Children up to five years of age - two days for fifteen minutes with a break between series of seven to fourteen days.
Lying position: Legs facing north, head facing south. Arrows indicating north on the plates should point north. For adults, first two plates are placed together, then at a distance of three plates, two other plates are placed together.
