SEENIRPA (Alliance of South Eastern Europe for Protection against Non-Ionizing Radiation)
Different cultures, different languages, natures, customs...but people are always and everywhere in the world the SAME! They are only human! And children are just children! There is no difference, except for the one that we made only through sociological, economic, social and, unfortunately, some interest divisions. Starting from religion, beliefs, through customs, to attitudes towards the same things and the same phenomena, by the will of evolution or God...but they do not recognize electromagnetic radiation, they act regardless of skin color, religion, political orientation, national, gender or any affiliation. Environmental pollution is not only what we can see with the naked eye! There are, but also as they exist, and pollution that can neither be seen with our eyes, nor felt with our senses.

The World Health Organization and the International Agency for the Study of Tumors warn that the area of non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation should be given much more attention and the public should be involved much more in this issue, given that our future and the future of our children is focused on an even wider application of devices with strong electromagnetic radiation, and that the health risks are thereby increased many times over. Independent experts and scientists, that is, those who did not fall under the influence of large lobbies of teleoperators and manufacturers of mobile devices, came to reliable data that it is not only possible, but also probable, that these radiations pose a high health risk and are classified in the II B-group of possible human tumor-causing agents. DIALOGUE - CONVERSATION - COOPERATION... categories are forgotten! We raised a serious issue of involving the public, this time the public that should be aware and decisive! The public that is not represented by those mercenaries who tell us that everything is fine until it is too late, and then shamelessly find an excuse in "lack of information" and "lack of information". As in life in general, so in the sphere of pollution and environmental protection and preservation of human health, it is important to seriously hear and understand all those who have something to say on the subject, in order to enable the creation of a realistic basis for an open and constructive dialogue. A dialogue of all parties... both operators and distributors and researchers and doctors, biologists and ordinary people, because WE and THEM are under the same sky and we are all, knowingly or unknowingly, by our own will or not, exposed to the action of very harmful radiation", said Mr. Milan Rogulja, president of the BIOGEN Belgrade Association, chairman of SEENIRP, member of the Serbian Medical Association and expert consultant in the Green Parliamentary Group of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, spoken at the opening of the SEENIRPA SECOND REGIONAL CONFERENCE ON NON-IONIZING RADIATION, with international participation, held in Moravski Toplice on March 30 and 31, 2017.
And there, in the north-east of Slovenia, in the fairy-tale Prekomurje, with the wealth of unspoilt nature, in harmony with the thermo-mineral water that flows in the depths, Moravske Toplice provide special conditions for the existence of man and soul and body. The beneficial effects of special, black water relieve even the most tired body and fill a restless and agitated soul with new energy. The history of the Pannonian thermal baths dates back to the 1960s. when oil was searched south of the village of Moravci in Slovenia. But instead of "black gold" from a depth of 1,417 meters, hot, black water, with a temperature of about 72 degrees, was beneficial for the treatment of many rheumatic and skin diseases, and already in 1962, the first swimming pool was born. In the summer, storks circle in all their beauty in the sky over the Mures and nest in almost every settlement in this municipality. Great white and gray herons fly over these areas every year, and in summer and autumn evenings also wild ducks. The nearby hills under the vineyards beckon guests for a pleasant and relaxing walk along the wine trails, where the tasting of very high-quality and delicious wines is simply inevitable. The modernly arranged peach, apple, pear and cherry plantations are also very pleasing to the eye. Relaxing and relaxing are also bicycle tours next to picturesque arable fields, spacious meadows sprinkled with pearl dew or near the shady canopies of small forests by the road. That's why it's no coincidence that Moravske Toplice opened its cottages and hosted these pregos, who truly and selflessly advocate and fight for a cleaner and healthier living environment for themselves and their offspring, as well as for the rest of the world. Because, at every moment, we are exposed to different electromagnetic radiations.
They are an integral part of nature, our living and working environment and our lives. However, in certain circumstances, they can be harmful to our psychomental and physical abilities, and they can cause a wide range of diseases. They can be ionizing and non-ionizing. And while ionizing radiation, i.e. alpha, beta, gamma and X-rays, have a devastating effect on the world we live in, the energy of non-ionizing radiation cannot directly change the structure of cells and molecules, so their danger to human health is much smaller, but still great, if it is constantly present and long-lasting. One of the divisions of electromagnetic (EM) radiation is cosmic, underground and technical, but they can also be organic, mental (each of our thoughts, feelings and desires have their own frequency range), radiation of forms, crystals...Cosmic radiation has been present on Earth since its creation and includes X-rays, gamma rays, UV and H radiation, infrared radiation...). The sources of these radiations are black holes, and to the greatest extent the Sun. Underground low-frequency radiation is the radiation of groundwater, geological fissures, closed cavities, ores... and it can be very harmful to the psycho-mental and physical state of the human organism, because it disrupts the Earth's natural frequency, necessary for all normal life functions. Technical radiation is low-frequency radiation with a large dose of electromagnetic action. They are characterized by the presence of electric voltage, which is the cause of the existence of electromagnetic waves. The sources of this radiation are: electricity distribution networks, transformer stations, power stations, transmitters for the needs of mobile telephony, radio and television, transmitters for the needs of radar systems, computer networks, radio and TV sets, mobile phones, microwave ovens, computers, electric heaters and blankets, as well as a whole range of household and industrial appliances, so at the moment, the greatest threat to the health and well-being of humanity and nature is the insidious, ubiquitous and invisible form of "electropollution - electrosmog", which is a consequence of accelerated technological development. This electromagnetic radiation, the intensity of which increases daily above the permissible limit, causes nervousness, concentration problems, headaches, insomnia, loss of vitality and reduced physical and mental activity in most people - typical symptoms of electrostress.
Epidemiological studies and experimental research come to the conclusion that electromagnetic fields and waves are harmful to human health even when they are within the permissible limits. The challenge facing modern man is not simple and requires the engagement of the entire scientific research potential, socially responsible institutions in the country, as well as connection with regional centers. On this occasion, it is the 24th in Belgrade. and on October 25, 2016, the First Regional Conference "2B or NOT 2B - PANDORA'S BOX" was held, on the biological effects of electromagnetic fields and electromagnetic radiation - non-ionizing radiation, with international participation, and organized by the associations BIOGEN, HUZEZ and ZEG. In the final part, the president of the BIOGEN ASSOCIATION, Belgrade Milan Rogulja, Republic of Serbia, vice-president of HUZEZ (Croatian Association for Protection against Electromagnetic Radiation) from Zagreb, Republic of Croatia, Marja Čolak, and President of ZEG (Union of Ecological Movements - Alliance of Ecological Movements) from Ljubljana, Republic of Slovenia, Karel Lipič, signed a memorandum of cooperation on the formation of an open network of alliances in the field of protecting citizens from non-ionizing radiation. The parties agreed to form the South East Europe Nonionizing Radiation Protection Alliance - SEENIRPA, in English: South East Europe nonionizing radiation protection Alliance, with headquarters in Belgrade.
The founding of SEENIRPA laid the foundations for new cross-border cooperation on the line Serbia - Croatia - Slovenia, with the aim of protecting the health and environment of citizens from the increasing presence of sources of non-ionizing radiation. The standards adopted so far in Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia and beyond do not take into account the latest results - conclusions of research in biological sciences, as well as in the field of public health implications of global exposure to electromagnetic fields from the sources of telecommunications technologies and technologies for the use and transmission of electricity. Therefore, the BIOGEN, HUZEZ and ZEG associations have agreed to form a network that, with its visions, mission, program goals, program and interest activities, works to protect health and the environment from all types of non-ionizing radiation. SEENIRPA is an independent non-governmental open network - an organization that studies the impact of non-ionizing radiation, and is open to cooperation with other associations and individuals working in the field of health and environmental protection from non-ionizing radiation. SEENIRPA will establish the practice of regular meetings and consultations in order to exchange information and gain a better insight into the activities, capacities and resources of the associations that make up the alliance, which can be put to work when preparing reports and following up on recommendations. In this direction, the SENIOR REGIONAL CONFERENCE OF SEENIRPA ON NON-IONIZING RADIATION was held in Moravske Toplice, with international participation.
"Today, when I speak
about the multiple increase of non-ionizing radiation, one gets the impression that teleoperators are racing and say "wherever you find a convenient place to plant that base station, and the telecommunications packages are generous, the profit will be upgraded". This parody of a wonderful environmental poem by our famous uncle Jove Dragon ("wherever you find a suitable place, plant a TREE, and the tree is bountiful, so it will reward you"), tells how threatened our existence and our survival on this planet are. Therefore, gentlemen from the Government, from the scientific research milieu, pay attention, pollution is not only what we see with the naked eye! What we don't see, and what exists, is much more dangerous! That's why we are here, because everything we do, we do for all people, they are important to us! We also work for us, and especially for and because of our children! Because we did not inherit the environment, we only borrowed it from our children and we have a special obligation, need and, above all, primal desire to leave them a healthy environment", said Mr. Milan Rogulja, chairman of SEENIRPA in his emotional and temperamental speech at the opening of the Conference in Moravski Toplice.
