1. Whenever you have the opportunity, USE A LANDLINE PHONE instead of a mobile phone;
2. SHORT CONVERSATIONS ON THE MOBILE PHONE TO THE MAXIMUM;
3. AVOID talking, using a mobile phone in a VEHICLE AND
CLOSED PREMISES, i.e. in places where there is WEAK SIGNAL RECEPTION
4. USE MORE SMS or MMS messages than talking;
5. When calling, bring the phone to your ear ONLY AFTER THE CONNECTION IS ESTABLISHED;
6. When you are called, your phone rings or vibrates - DO NOT ANSWER ON THE FIRST RING.
7. KEEP THE PHONE AWAY FROM YOUR HEAD when talking;
8. When you talk, AVOID doing it surrounded by other people, STAY AT A DISTANCE of at least 1 meter from other people;
10. While charging the mobile phone, when it is switched on "on the charger", DO NOT HOLD THE PHONE OR THE CHARGER NEAR YOUR BODY or ANOTHER PERSON;
11. DO NOT KEEP YOUR MOBILE PHONE or CHARGER NEAR THE HEADBAND at night and during rest, keep them AT LEAST 1 meter away;
12. AVOID carrying your phone in your trouser pockets, brush holder, shirt pocket, carry your phones in a handbag/purse, preferably away from your body.
13. When buying, acquiring a new mobile phone in the user manual (or from the seller) CHECK THE VALUE OF SAR-A- (specific energy absorption rate), RECOMMENDATION SAR < 0.6 W/kg (according to WHO AND ICNIR).
14. GET REGULARLY INFORMED about news regarding the harmful effects of radiation from devices that emit electromagnetic non-ionizing radiation.
15. WHEN PURCHASING DEVICES FOR PROTECTION AGAINST NON-IONIZING RADIATION
CHECK THE ANALYZES, NOT THE CERTIFICATES, BUY CHECKED, otherwise you may multiply the risk of the harmful effects of non-ionizing radiation.
