The association "BIOGEN" was the organizer and host of the 1st REGIONAL CONFERENCE ON NON-IONIZING RADIATION with international participation on 24/25. October 2015.

On this occasion, a memorandum of cooperation was signed (Serbia-Croatia-Slovenia) and the SOUTH EAST EUROPE NONIONIZING RADIATION PROTECTION ALLIANCE was formed.

One of the most important realized goals of BIOGEN:

Many NON-IONIZING RADIATION PROTECTORS appear on the market. Through our previous work, we have noticed that some of those devices ARE, but a large number of them have NO PROTECTION. Our mission and vision, engagement and cooperation with WHO, ICNIRP, ITU and numerous scientific research institutions (in the country and the world) have been crowned with recognition. The CRITERIA set by BIOGEN (through expert bodies: Management, Professional and Ethics Committee and program council) as well as BIOGEN's high standard for protectors, based on the principles of science, will be incorporated into the rulebook on products for protection against non-ionizing radiation, which was missing. With it, citizens will finally be protected from protectors who are not.

We give our great dorpinos to the process of pre-accession negotiations considering that our representatives are: regular members of the National Convention for Chapters 27 (Environmental Protection) and Chapter 28 (Consumer and Health Protection), expert associates of the Green Parliamentary Group of the Committee for Environmental Protection of the Parliament of Serbia, members of the Green Chair network.

In the spirit of the LAW ON HEALTH PROTECTION OF THE CITIZENS OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 107/2005, 72/2009 - Dr. Law, 88/2010, 99/2010, 57/2011, 119/2012, 45/2013 - Dr. Law, 93/2014, 96/2015 and 106/2015), as well as the Rulebook derived from that Law, and for the first time in Southeastern Europe, we are successfully developing and professionalizing the Method of Traditional Medicine DETECTION AND PROTECTION AGAINST NON-IONIZING RADIATION - RADIESTHESIA.

We are developing this method, approaching the training and education of new generations of REGISTERED RADIESTHESES, according to the Curriculum and program approved by the COMMISSION FOR TRADIC I O N A L N U M E D I C I N OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA AND THE SECTION FOR TRADITIONAL MEDICINE OF THE SERBIAN MEDICAL ASSOCIATION (of which we are co-founders of 2012). As representatives and collaborators of the scientific research activities of the Institute for Bioelectromagnetism and New Biology "BION" and the Institute for Non-Ionizing Radiation "INIS" from Ljubljana, Slovenia, EU. We aim to educate and inform the entire population about the harmful effects of non-ionizing radiation. We set HIGH quality CRITERIA for manufacturers of products for protection against non-ionizing radiation, and thus we achieve a high level of quality of those products and responsibility in the spirit of the Law on Consumer Protection and according to the highest WHO and EU standards.
