To solve the problem of electropollution, it is necessary to implement three different types of measures: primary, secondary and tertiary. Dr. Carlo argues that all three levels of measures are absolutely necessary to ensure adequate protection against electropollution. He called it a public health paradigm.
Primary measures technologies work by preventing unwanted activation of the cell membrane's protective reaction. These target the "cause" of the problem and include appropriate headphones, active noise field technologies (developed by the US military), and passive noise field technologies.
Technologies of secondary measures are those that work to restore intercellular communication, which can mitigate the "effects" of EMF exposure. They are most effective in conjunction with primary measures and include subtle energy technologies, diodes and some pendants.
Tertiary measures technologies are those that aid recovery and repair of cellular damage. They work only in conjunction with primary and secondary measure technologies and include nutrients, antioxidants and supplements that promote renewal.
In order to provide the greatest possible protection, all three "layers" must be activated simultaneously: protect cells from direct damage, re-establish healthy inter-cellular communication and provide the body with essential nutrients so it can renew itself and stay healthy.
Regarding these three levels of measures, Dr. Carlo says: "The combined effects of electropollution covering all three frameworks of effects are the most serious health risk we have ever faced because it is a ubiquitous health risk that now works insidiously in our lives. This exposure compromises basic biological processes, including immune responses and other physiological compensatory systems. Thus, electropollution makes the population sensitive and vulnerable to other adverse environmental impacts such as water pollution and air, poor nutrition, exposure to viruses and bacteria as well as physical stress caused by extreme heat or cold and stressful life events."
As we recklessly rush into our exciting high-tech world, we must also understand that we are all participating in a massive experiment together. Electropollution is a very real threat to today's and future generations. Effective measures are not a luxury, but simply a necessity. Like it or not, the ever expanding and intrusive electromagnetic world is here and will stay with us.
Each of us has a responsibility to take preventive steps that will protect us, our family and future generations.
