Determining the amount of water in an underground stream

The procedure for determining capacity and monitoring water flows in the field

The amount of water is determined not only by the strength of the source, but also by the technical specifications of the well itself. Even extremely rich underground flow remains unused if the pipe diameter is too narrow. Accurate data recording and field marking prevent irreparable errors before the start of construction work.

Flow measurement and technical preparation of the terrain

As already pointed out, the regular supply of an agricultural holding or a holiday facility requires a minimum capacity of two to four liters of water per minute. However, this inflow loses its purpose if the inside diameter of the pipe in the well is not proportionate. The general rule dictates that the outer diameter of the well for smaller objects should not be below 60 centimeters, while for large rural properties a width of at least one meter is recommended.

The assessment of the capacity of the underground vessel itself is done by mental concentration with the help of a plumb line or pitchfork. The technique is based on setting a clear request to the instrument to stop completely at the moment when the correct amount of inflow is exceeded during counting. Counting usually starts in deciliters (for example: 5, 10, 15, up to 20 deciliters). If the instrument stops abruptly at number 20, the count is carefully reversed and gradually moved (15, 16, 17 deciliters) until a perfectly precise moment of cessation of oscillation is obtained. The identical principle is successfully applied when working with forks, by counting the cycles during their free rotation.

Marking and positional description

After making the final decision on the location, the central point of the future well is marked with a solid wooden stake that cannot be accidentally moved, since it often takes months before the machinery goes out into the field. Strict care is taken in the preparation of the so-called documentation positional description of the well, which contains:

  • Exact measurements of the distance from the existing fixed objects on the plot.
  • Depth assessment and detailed survey of expected geological material during drilling.
  • Creation of the document in two identical copies (for the client and for the contractor's archive).

On the basis of this precise documentation, the investor can acquire an adequate number of construction pipes and conclude a binding contract with the workers engaged in the excavation without fear.

Techniques of walking on water

The process of searching for a water vessel with the help of a plumb line requires exceptional concentration. When walking is initiated in the direction suggested by the instrument, a directional, even sway occurs. When entering the zone of peripheral radiation, this oscillation turns into irregular circles and ellipses, which become stronger and more pronounced as they approach the central flow. Right above the water itself, the ellipses instantly transition into a strong rectilinear oscillation that directly indicates where the water is flowing.

If the water flow is inadvertently skipped, the ellipses form again, but this time in the exact opposite direction, gradually weakening until returning to oscillations normal to the original direction. Because of its high sensitivity, the plumb bob is an indispensable tool for direct flow monitoring. Experienced practitioners can follow the vein indefinitely far quite simply: by stretching out the left hand with the palm facing down, a kind of antenna is formed that instantly stops the plumb line due to the slightest deviation from the right path.

Energy depletion and thermal water anomalies

Walking along the route of underground water is a huge effort, so it is not recommended to do such work for a long time. Underground streams constantly emit radiation that exhausts the nervous system and can leave harmful consequences for the general state of the organism. Special caution is required when exploring thermal, that is, hot waters.

Radiations from enormous depths pass through complex geological layers, cracks and deep faults, suffering strong effects of changes in the geomagnetic field. This results in surface signals that are extremely unstable, often shifting by several meters within a short time frame. Because of this phenomenon, it is strictly advised to avoid work during bad weather conditions, which additionally intensify geomagnetic oscillations, even with shallow cold water flows.

Alternative methods of finding water

In addition to the standard use of instruments, much rarer, but no less fascinating, approaches to finding water have been recorded in practice. People with a markedly elevated threshold of sensitivity are able to locate underground sources exclusively with outstretched bare hands. When crossing a strong source, intense tingling, sudden tingling and sharp burning occur in the palms and fingertips.

Professional and historical literature abounds with testimonies about the phenomenon of immediate visual perception of water. One of the most famous historical anecdotes describes a five-year-old boy who warned his working father not to dig in a dry place. The boy pointed with his hand to the opposite side, claiming that he could clearly see water coming out of that area. After excavation, a huge water vessel was discovered, and the boy later described his visual experience as a blinding glare, similar to the reflection of the sun's rays. In addition to similar testimonies from different meridians about individuals with an innate visual gift, there are also records of unusual phenomena where the sources were discovered exclusively in moments of deep hypnotic trance.
