Mobile phone - the effect of radiation on the body and energy

Is mobile phone harmful to health?

With the increase in the use of mobile phones, there are more and more concerns about the possible negative impact on our health. A large number of researchers claim that long-term exposure to the electromagnetic fields of mobile phones can have serious consequences for our health.

One of the main problems is the radiation emitted by mobile phones. This non-ionizing radiation can penetrate the tissues of our body, raising concerns about potentialcell damage and links to certain health problems. Although studies on this issue are contradictory, there is a justified fear that constant proximity to a mobile phone can increase the risk of certain forms of cancer, especially in the parts of the body where the phone is usually carried (pocket of jeans, sweatpants, shirt, jacket...).

In addition, prolonged use of cell phones can lead to other health problems, including headaches, insomnia, and neck muscle tension. Some experts point to the need to limit the time spent talking or using mobile devices, especially among children whose bodies are still growing and developing.

Although research in this field has not yet reached a consensus, it is important to be aware of the potential risks and take steps to reduce exposure to cell phone radiation. This may include using headphones, limiting talk time, or keeping the phone away from the body whenever possible. Regardless of current controversies, responsible use of cell phones makes sense for long-term health.

Ionizing vs. non-ionizing radiation: Cell phones use non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation, which means they do not have enough energy to cause the atoms or molecules in the body to ionize. This radiation includes radio waves and microwaves and is generally considered less harmful than ionizing radiation such as X-rays or radioactive radiation. However, long-term exposure to non-ionizing radiation can lead to serious damage to health.

Preventive measures: Many health organizations recommend using headphones or reducing the time spent on long phone conversations to reduce potential head exposure.
