ABSTRACTS
Man has been aware of the harm and consequences of electromagnetic radiation since his very existence. That phenomenon was primarily from natural sources of electromagnetic radiation: cosmic and geopathogenic, from cosmic sources that have been scientifically published and proven until now, such as the cosmic network, the cosmic S Swarm and the cosmic S belt that act pointwise on the Earth. Likewise, geopathogenic sources of radiation caused by various geological anomalies, etc. which most often meet linearly. For their detection, in the beginning, they used the instinct of individual animals and with the help of appropriate aids. In the summer of protection, preventive protection is most often used with a pre-selected location for the construction of objects. Today, when in the spectrum of el.mag. radiation, we have a large number of frequent technical sources, there is a necessary need for adequate protection from el.mag. radiation. Tokmu in that field there are so-called protect against el.mag. radiation, which can be divided into three groups of protective agents: transformation, reflection and placebo effects. The change in flight that is obtained with the help of the office represents protection with the help of transformation, while the movement in the flight in space represents a reflection and the product with offensive marketing advertisements and without any scientific and technical support, but the use of unrealistic and unprofessional facts from associations and the like, for the user can represent a placebo effect and at the same time for the offeror it can easily turn into a criminal offense. In this regard, education, science and law should be in close cooperation in the area of safety protection against electromagnetic radiation.

SUMMARY
Man has been aware of the damage and consequences of electromagnetic radiation since his very existence. This phenomenon is, first of all, from natural sources of electromagnetic radiation that we can divide into: cosmic and geo-pathogenic, from cosmic sources that have been scientifically proven so far, and it is known that three cosmic networks, the Cosmic S-Swarm and the Cosmic S-Belt, have been published so far, which operate in places on Earth. caused by various geological anomalies, etc. are most often found in a linear effect. For their detection-early detection, people used a special vital instinct with the use of appropriate aids. In the field of protection, they most often used preventive protection with the aim of pre-selecting the location for the construction of buildings. Today, when the spectrum of el.mag. more and more radiation, from various technical resources, it is necessary to apply adequate methods of protection against electromagnetic radiation. These protective equipment can be divided into three groups: 1. through reflection and 3. placebo effect. The change in the location of the radiation is obtained through reflective elements, while the products that appear under the motto of electromagnetic radiation protection and without any scientific and technical evidence effect, which can easily turn into a crime. In this sense, in connection with the safety of protection against electromagnetic radiation and the protection against "fraud" of citizens, it is necessary to take an organized action on: education, science and the law, and all subjects should be in close cooperation.

ABSTRACT
People have been aware of the consequences of electromagnetic radiation since the earliest times of their existence. This phenomenon resulted mainly from the natural source of those radiations: cosmic and geo-pathogenic ones.
The cosmic sources that have been scientifically proven and presented in published material are the three cosmic grids, as well as the cosmic S swarm and the cosmic S strip, whose influence on the Earth is in a dotted pattern. Other sources of radiation are the geo-pathogenic ones, resulting from many geological anomalies which are observed as linear. All of them were, at first, detected by the instinct of certain animals but also by certain devices. One of the preventive measures was the careful choice of the location where each building was to be erected. Nowadays, when the electromagnetic radiations come from numerous technological sources, there is an increased necessity of protection against them. The devices actually used for protection against electromagnetic radiation can be divided into three groups as follows: devices protecting by transformation, those protecting by reflection and those protecting by placebo effect. The transformation of the field, achieved by the device, provides for protection by transformation while the displacement of the field ensures reflection. Yet some products are supported only by aggressive marketing and not by any scientific or technical proof. They use false facts unprofessionally obtained from associations. Those devices may induce placebo while resulting in a criminal act committed by their manufacturer. Therefore, the cooperation of education, science and law is necessary in order to provide for safe protection against the electromagnetic radiations.
